William George Heirens (born November 15, 1928) also known as “The Lipstick Killer” is a convicted American serial killer who confessed to three murders in 1946.
Heirens has been called so due to notorious messages scrawled in lipstick at a crime scene. He is reputedly the world’s longest serving prisoner, having thus far spent 65+ years in prison.
